• Is it possible to order lighting with delivery across Ukraine?

  Yes, we deliver chandeliers and lamps throughout Ukraine via Nova Poshta. Delivery to the branch or by courier to the address is available.

• How to get advice on lighting selection?

  You can contact our manager via the form on the website or by using the contacts listed in the "Contacts" section. We will help you choose the lighting for your space.

• Can I return or exchange the product?

  Yes, returns or exchanges are possible within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine, provided that the product appearance and package are preserved.

• Is it possible to order a lamp with individual changes?

  Yes, we accept custom orders and customization of lighting fixtures. Please note: products made or modified to individual order are not eligible for return or exchange.

• Do you work with designers and dealers?

  Yes, BESMA cooperates with interior designers and lighting dealers. Separate terms of cooperation apply to partners.

• What payment methods are available?

  You can pay for your order online via the website, to your individual entrepreneur's current account, or choose cash on delivery via Nova Poshta with a mandatory subscription.

• How long does it take to ship an order?

  Shipping is carried out within 1–3 business days after payment, provided that the product is in stock.

• Is there a warranty on the lights?

  Yes, all products are provided with an official manufacturer's warranty for a period of 6 to 24 months, depending on the type of product.
