Delivery / Payment

The BESMA online store provides lighting delivery across Ukraine.

Delivery methods:

Nova Poshta — delivery to a branch or courier delivery to your address (according to the carrier’s тарифs, paid by the customer).
Self-pickup — from the company’s office by prior arrangement with a manager.

 

Shipping time:

Orders are shipped within 1–3 business days after payment, subject to product availability.
After dispatch, the customer receives a tracking number (TTN) to track the shipment.

 

Important information upon receipt!

Please обязательно check the product at the carrier’s branch.
In case of damage, you must:
— file a claim with the carrier;
— immediately inform the store manager.

If the product is accepted without inspection, the company does not guarantee the possibility of return or exchange.

The minimum prepayment for cash on delivery is 10% of the order amount, but not less than 200 UAH.

Available payment methods:

Payment to an individual entrepreneur’s bank account (FOP) — for individuals and sole proprietors.
Online payment via the website (monoPay) — fast and secure payment by bank card directly on the website.
Cash on delivery via Nova Poshta — with a mandatory prepayment of at least 10% of the order amount.
